HipBurger started as the HipTruck, serving burgers at festivals, weddings and neighborhood gatherings around Greenville, Mauldin, Travelers Rest and Greer. Our Butler Road restaurant is where the truck grew into a permanent home, and it’s still run the way the truck was: everything made to order, with the same people behind the grill.
Come in and you’ll often find founder Daniel Knowlton, the #HipMaster, cooking the food himself.

Every HipBurger starts with a patty smashed on the grill for a crisp sear, then topped with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, melty cheese and our signature HipSauce®. Go single or double, add bacon, or turn it into a meal with crinkle fries and a 20 oz drink.
